Shipping and Returns

All orders receive automatic package tracking, please ensure your email is provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders, as well as any missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.

Shipping Timelines

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, using UPS. This may increase during high volume times and promotions.

We ship both within Europe and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping will be calculated for your order during checkout based on where you are and how much is in your cart.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our location, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Additions or Cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately. Choosing to contact us via social platforms, will not guarantee that your request will be received.

Please Note: If the order has already been processed, then cancelling the order will not be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Reflow reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Returns

We do not accept returns of our products due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping. Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping. We ask that our customers use what they have, buy only what they need, and ask LOTS of questions before purchasing.  We want you to be happy with and excited about your purchase, so if you have an issue, please email letstalk@reflowfilament.com.  All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
